Facilities Coordinator

This role provides onsite support as the trusted right hand to upper facilities management, ensuring building processes and best practices are maintained while identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. The position involves collaborating closely with clients and suppliers to address facility-related needs, managing vendor procurement, and ensuring workplace safety through the implementation of risk management and disaster recovery programs. Key responsibilities include performing routine site inspections, handling administrative duties such as front desk coverage and appointment coordination, and meeting key performance indicators to deliver exceptional client satisfaction.
