Facilities Coordinator

This role coordinates construction, renovation, and demolition projects from planning through completion, ensuring work stays on schedule with minimal disruption. The position involves managing outside vendors and contractors for furniture assembly, equipment installation, and site moves while collaborating with engineering teams to optimize space usage. The coordinator also handles equipment ordering, inventory tracking, budget management, and serves as the on-site point of contact for contractors and vendors.
