Facilities Coordinator

The Facilities Coordinator supports day-to-day operations and maintenance activities across assigned assets, coordinating service providers and monitoring building systems to ensure smooth operational performance. The role involves conducting inspections, managing maintenance requests, and assisting in the delivery of FM services in line with defined KPIs and SLAs. Based on-site daily, the candidate will work closely with the Facilities Management team and leadership to maintain high service standards and ensure the effective operation of MEP systems and life-safety equipment.
