This role serves as the single source of truth for facilities performance metrics, enabling early detection of execution drift, system instability, financial erosion, workforce risk, and client impact independent of individual sites or leaders. The position supports weekly operating control, bi-monthly stabilization governance, and monthly enterprise risk reviews through standardized metrics, heatmap scoring, and executive-ready insights.
