Responsibilities

• Develop and drive multi-year facilities strategy optimizing asset life and total cost of ownership
• Lead enterprise-wide capital planning and prioritization ensuring alignment with brand standards and financial objectives
• Manage OpEx and CapEx budgets totaling $100M while monitoring spend and reporting to senior leadership
• Oversee a team of 13 professionals and manage over 300 third-party vendor partnerships across multiple regions
• Implement preventive maintenance frameworks and risk management protocols to minimize store downtime
