Facilities Director

The Summit Area YMCA is seeking an experienced Facilities Director to provide strategic leadership and oversight of its buildings, aquatic facilities, and physical infrastructure. This senior leadership position is responsible for protecting and enhancing the organization’s physical assets while ensuring facilities are safe, compliant, efficient, and aligned with the organization's mission. The role involves long-range facility planning, capital project leadership, budget oversight, and team development across multiple locations.
