About this role

The Facilities Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, optimizing, and ensuring the integrity of upstream oil and gas production facilities across Crescent Energy's assets. This role collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to maintain safe, reliable, and efficient facility operations while supporting production optimization initiatives.

Responsibilities

Design and specify production facilities including separators and compressors
Lead HAZOP and PSSR studies for new facilities and modifications
Track capital spending and monitor facility performance to meet budget and KPI targets
