Facilities & Engineering Oper

This role is responsible for assisting with the efficient generation of steam and chilled water while performing skilled tasks in the operation and maintenance of central energy plant equipment. The position ensures uninterrupted utility services by forecasting load requirements, adjusting plant equipment, and overseeing the distribution of utilities to buildings. The incumbent also coordinates departmental workflow, directs preventive maintenance, and provides supervision for water treatment needs.
