This role involves performing diverse maintenance duties, including emergency and preventive maintenance of electrical distribution, mechanical, HVAC, power generation, plumbing, pneumatic tube systems, medical gas systems, and building structures. The position requires collaborating with other trades and outside contractors while adhering to OSHA safety standards and maintaining compliance with state, federal, and Joint Commission regulations. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining records, conducting fire and life safety measures, and training other engineers as needed. The role also includes responding to code calls, performing minor repairs, and maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.
