Facilities & Fleet Building Maintenance Technician

Under general direction, this role performs scheduled building repairs and maintenance for all City facilities, including periodic inspections and maintenance of heating and air-conditioning systems and other mechanical components. The position involves performing electrical and plumbing repairs, maintaining door hardware and openings, and ensuring general building upkeep. The role requires diagnosing and repairing HVAC and electrical systems, fabricating parts, and performing mechanical repairs on equipment and building systems.
