Facilities Intern

The Facilities Intern supports the Facilities department by analyzing and improving key components of Lindt’s chocolate production equipment within a 1 million square foot factory. This twelve-week program provides hands-on experience in mechanical component analysis, 3D modeling, and process improvement while working alongside mentors and team members. The role combines engineering and mathematical skills to enhance equipment performance and manufacturing efficiency.
