Facilities Maintenance Engineer - Electrical Bias

This permanent role involves undertaking planned and reactive maintenance and repair of electrical services within commercial buildings, alongside general building fabric tasks. The position requires servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding across single-phase and three-phase electrical systems, HVAC systems, and plant room equipment. The successful candidate will also complete appropriate paperwork and reports while supervising on-site subcontractors.
