Facilities Maintenance Manager

The Facilities Maintenance Manager leads all plant maintenance and reliability activities to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of equipment supporting injection molding, metal fabrication, and wire harness manufacturing. This role involves owning preventive and predictive maintenance programs, directing maintenance personnel, and driving continuous improvement to minimize equipment downtime. The position requires close partnership with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to enhance equipment reliability, plant safety, and operational efficiency.
