The Facilities Maintenance Manager is a hands-on, field-based role responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, functionality, and overall condition of multiple storage properties within a designated region. This position ensures properties are consistently clean, rent-ready, and operating at a high standard through routine cleaning, light maintenance, and property inspections. The role also supports day-to-day operations, customer experience, and overall property performance while requiring travel between sites.
