Facilities Maintenance Manager

This role oversees all building maintenance activities and manages facilities maintenance vendors to support Penske operations at the Green Hills Corporate Center. The position ensures facilities remain clean, safe, and fully operational while balancing strategic planning with day-to-day operations. The role is responsible for maintaining critical infrastructure, including data center and cafeteria equipment, to guarantee continuous uptime and compliance with health and safety regulations.
