About this role

The Facilities & Maintenance Manager leads strategy and day-to-day operations for facilities and maintenance across distribution centres, offices, and delivery hubs in the UK, Ireland, and hubs. This role ensures sites remain safe, compliant, and operational 24/7 while driving improvements in asset performance, maintenance, automation, and infrastructure. The position involves collaborating with Operations, Finance, and Engineering teams to execute major engineering projects and CapEx initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-site facilities and maintenance operations across the UK and Ireland
Own the performance and availability of critical equipment ensuring high levels of uptime
Lead facilities and engineering projects from end to end including equipment upgrades
