About this role

The role involves maintaining and repairing facility equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting day‑to‑day operations across the building. The technician works on a 2nd shift schedule, collaborates with IT, HR, Facilities, and Operations, and ensures safety and compliance while responding quickly to issues.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections of facility, grounds, building systems, and AutoStore system
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, generators, and other equipment
Coordinate testing and service for fire/life safety systems to ensure compliance
Support day-to-day facility needs including associate moves, equipment setup, and spill cleanup
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation for building systems and equipment
