Facilities Maintenance Technician

The role involves performing a variety of building maintenance tasks such as painting, pressure washing, lighting repairs, plumbing, HVAC, water treatment, and locksmith work, as well as supporting preventative maintenance programs and responding to on‑call or emergency situations. The technician will also manage work orders in the CMMS, assist with training the engineering team, and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
