Facilities Maintenance Technician

The role involves performing repairs, modifications, and preventative maintenance on building and facilities equipment, fixtures, and systems, with a mandatory focus on plumbing. Working the first shift (8:00 am‑5:00 pm, Monday‑Friday), the technician responds to service calls, troubleshoots work orders, installs fixtures, and ensures all plumbing, sewer, water, electrical, and mechanical systems remain functional.
