Facilities Maintenance Technician

The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for daily operation and maintenance of the hospital's physical plant, including HVAC, electrical, steam generation, plumbing, and mechanical systems, as well as general building upkeep and grounds keeping. Reporting to the Manager of Facility and Safety, the role involves performing rounds, managing work orders, ensuring compliance with safety codes, and supporting capital budgeting and contracted services.
