MJM ELECTRIC
The Facilities Maintenance Technician will oversee day-to-day maintenance for a portfolio of ten commercial buildings, performing preventive, routine, and emergency repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems. The role involves responding to tenant requests, coordinating vendors, maintaining logs and inventories, and participating in an on‑call rotation for after‑hours emergencies.
