Facilities Maintenance Technician

The role involves managing daily operations of a central receiving warehouse and maintaining assigned facilities, including processing deliveries, inventory control, and transporting supplies. It also includes performing preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, fire alarm, sprinkler, plumbing, and other building systems, as well as responding to emergencies and ensuring safety and sanitation standards.
