The Facilities Maintenance Technician supports the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IPG's Oxford campus facilities. This role is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting facility issues, coordinating repairs, and supporting a safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience maintaining commercial, industrial, or manufacturing facilities and can work independently to resolve a variety of facility-related issues.
