Facilities Maintenance Technician

This role is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment at WINGS facilities by managing fire/life safety, energy systems, and general building maintenance. The position involves performing preventative maintenance and routine repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural systems. The technician will also assist with special projects, oversee contractors, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety requirements.
