The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing maintenance and repair activities on Caritas facilities to ensure the safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operation of agency programs. This position works under the supervision of the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor and supports the upkeep, functionality, and appearance of agency properties. The role involves routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of facility systems including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry.
