Facilities Maintenance Technician

The Facilities Maintenance Technician supports the ongoing operation, safety, and functionality of Mint Cannabis’s licensed medical cannabis facilities across Florida. This hands-on role is responsible for performing routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and preventative work across a variety of building systems, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure facility readiness, regulatory compliance, and optimal cannabis production environments. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong technical troubleshooting skills who enjoys working across multiple trades including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
