Bay Aging
The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for the ongoing day-to-day maintenance and repairs of Bay Aging-owned or -operated real property. This front-line role involves performing corrective and preventive maintenance on electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry systems to ensure the safety, comfort, and efficiency of the facilities. The position also requires coordinating with outside vendors, responding to emergencies, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
