Facilities Maintenance Technician

This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing various building mechanical systems, including heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing, while assisting with emergency situations. The position involves performing preventive maintenance, operating energy management and life safety systems, and coordinating projects with Facilities Managers. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in multiple mechanical areas and hold relevant state or federal certifications.
