Facilities Maintenance Technician

The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for routine maintenance, repairs, and renovations to ensure the safety, security, and functionality of Goodwill Industries of the Summit's properties and vehicle fleet. The role involves inspecting facilities and systems, performing light construction work, and responding to maintenance emergencies. The technician also prepares for regulatory inspections and maintains equipment inventories while ensuring compliance with agency policies and regulations.
