Facilities / Maintenance Technicians

The Housing Maintenance Mechanic performs skilled and semi-skiled maintenance, repair, and construction tasks to support the operation and upkeep of University Housing facilities. The entry-level position requires foundational knowledge in multiple trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and general building maintenance. The incumbent works independently or as part of a team to perform preventive maintenance, respond to service requests, and assist in maintaining compliance with applicable safety and building codes.
