Facilities Maintenance Worker I/II/III

Under the direction of a supervisor, this role performs general building and grounds maintenance, including repairs to facilities, roads, and water/wastewater utilities. The position involves a variety of construction, repair, and renovation tasks to ensure agency systems and facilities remain safe and effective. Higher levels within the class demonstrate advanced skills and may lead crews or work independently on complex maintenance projects.
