Facilities Maintenance

This position is responsible for performing general facilities maintenance duties to ensure the building, surrounding grounds, walkways, and equipment are maintained in a safe, clean, and fully operational condition. The role provides support to the maintenance department by addressing facility and equipment needs, prioritizing work orders, and performing basic repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems. The incumbent ensures compliance with safety policies and federal regulations while documenting all work within the CMMS system.
