Facilities Management Engineer (FM Engineer)

The Facilities Management Engineer leads the technical handover of university facilities from contractors and consultants, ensuring all MEP systems are fully operational and compliant with project specifications. The role involves witnessing and verifying Testing & Commissioning activities, reviewing handover documentation, and coordinating with stakeholders to resolve punch list items and defects. This position supports the transition of buildings from construction to operation and maintenance while establishing preventive maintenance requirements and asset data.
