Under the direction of the Facilities Director, this role supports the design, construction, and operation of the Boston Fire Department’s Facilities Maintenance Division. The position involves managing facility design, construction, and maintenance contracts while coordinating repairs and in-house projects to ensure compliance and minimal disruption. The specialist acts as a liaison between end users and contractors, providing technical resources and ensuring building systems operate effectively.
