Facilities Management

This role involves performing general repairs and property maintenance for board-occupied and Homecroft, Inc. owned residences under the direction of the Facilities Management Department Manager. The position requires conducting preventive maintenance and repairs for plumbing, heating, cooling, ventilating, and electrical systems while ensuring compliance with industry standards and housing regulations. The employee will coordinate with service providers, maintain property records, and provide excellent customer service to tenants.
