About this role
The Facilities Manager is responsible for delivery and performance of the integrated facilities management (IFM) contract for a client site in the Philippines and serves as the primary liaison with the client and stakeholders. The role leads the onsite team to ensure safe, code-compliant, functional and energy-efficient facilities while managing contracts, CapEx and OpEx budgets and preparing required facilities and financial reports.
