Facilities Manager

As a Facilities Manager at Perk, you will serve as the operational backbone of the Barcelona headquarters, ensuring the office remains safe, fully operational, and optimized for high performance. This role blends technical rigour with a people-first mindset to oversee daily services, manage vendors, support fit-out projects, and ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations. You will directly report to the Head of Workplace Experience, managing budgets, resolving ticketing issues, and fostering a culture where the physical space drives creativity and collaboration.
