Facilities Manager

Catch 22 is recruiting for a newly created Facilities Manager position on behalf of a growing specialist retail organisation expanding its property portfolio across the North West. This client-side role will oversee a diverse estate, managing all aspects of Health & Safety, Hard and Soft FM services, and the procurement and management of external contractors. The position offers the opportunity to shape and develop a brand-new role while ensuring buildings remain safe, compliant, and operating efficiently across multiple locations.
