Facilities Manager

The Facilities Manager oversees the operation, maintenance, and cleanliness of the CATS Academy Boston campus, leading maintenance and custodial teams to ensure all facilities meet high standards of safety and functionality. This role partners with school leadership to manage campus infrastructure, vendor relationships, and emergency physical plant responses. The position requires developing work schedules, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety codes and safeguarding policies.
