Facilities Manager

The Facilities Manager leads the day-to-day operation, maintenance, safety, and appearance of Emerald Heights’ buildings, grounds, equipment, and related systems. This role involves supervising staff and contractors, directing preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinating projects, and monitoring budgets to ensure reliable service and regulatory readiness. The position promotes a resident-centered culture while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to community life.
