Facilities Manager

The Facilities Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of healthcare facilities, including inpatient care centers, administrative offices, and community spaces. This role oversees building systems, preventive maintenance, vendor management, emergency preparedness, regulatory compliance, and capital project support to ensure patient comfort, staff safety, and ADA accessibility. The position requires on-call support for after-hours emergencies and collaboration with leadership on budgeting and capital improvements.
