Facilities Meeting Coordinator

TerraPower is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Meeting Coordinator to support daily meeting logistics, corporate events, administrative operations, and cross-campus coordination. This role ensures seamless execution of on-site and off-site meetings, supports company-wide engagement events, manages key administrative calendars, and collaborates with teams across Facilities, Administration, AV, Construction, and Executive Support. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, detail-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality service.
