Facilities Officer

The Facilities Officer will ensure the office estate in Penge is safe, secure, and compliant with statutory obligations while providing a clean and productive workplace. The role includes maintaining lease standards, managing cost‑effective expenditures, and representing the Property and Facilities department professionally to stakeholders. Travel to other regional sites and occasional visits to additional Clarion offices are also required.
