Facilities Operative

The Facilities Operative is a key member of the Cushman & Wakefield onsite account team for the Workday client, ensuring the building is functional, safe, and providing a great workplace experience. This role involves performing various operational functions, including room moves, maintenance tasks, reactive ticket resolution, and ensuring customer-facing areas are ready. The position supports the Facility Services organization in accordance with established policies and objectives.
