Carvana is an online used‑car retailer that lets customers search, finance, and buy certified pre‑owned vehicles entirely through its website or app, with options for home delivery or pickup from its signature multi‑story “car vending machines.” The company emphasizes no‑haggle pricing, detailed 360° vehicle photos and history reports, and a seven‑day (or 250‑mile) return policy to simplify the buying experience. Carvana also offers trade‑ins, financing and extended protection plans, and operates its own inspection and logistics network to manage vehicle reconditioning and delivery.
