Facilities Project Manager

This role plans, coordinates, and manages facilities projects, including maintenance, renovation, expansion, and capital improvements at EFCO's corporate headquarters, manufacturing facilities, and other domestic and international locations. The position involves developing project plans, schedules, and budgets while coordinating internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure safe, timely, and compliant project completion. It also requires supporting facility operations, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
