Facilities Project Manager

This role leads enterprise projects related to renovations, relocations, dispositions, closures, and new builds, driving the project start-up process and developing comprehensive project plans. The position involves managing budgets, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with UL standards and safety best practices throughout the construction lifecycle. Responsibilities also include conducting due diligence for M&A targets and facilitating project handovers and closeouts.
