The Facilities Recruiter is responsible for recruiting and attracting talent consistent with workforce plans and company objectives, with a focus on industrial, environmental, or energy-sector workforces. This role involves identifying, attracting, and engaging skilled trades, plant operators, and technical professionals while continuously improving quality, accuracy, and time to fill rates. The position requires building relationships with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to facilitate successful talent placement and ensure compliance with health and safety priorities.
