About this role

The Facilities Reliability Engineer ensures maximum operational uptime, equipment integrity, and environmental compliance across all Strive Pharmacy facilities, including sterile and non-sterile compounding cleanrooms and manufacturing lines. This role leads the development and execution of Reliability-Centered Maintenance strategies, Root Cause Analysis, and predictive maintenance programs to comply with USP, FDA, and cGMP standards. The position involves managing critical HVAC systems, optimizing building automation, and overseeing maintenance for manufacturing and warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

Oversee reliability and preventative maintenance programs for compounding equipment and cleanroom systems
Manage critical HVAC and environmental controls to ensure regulatory compliance
Implement failure modes and effects analysis to track reliability metrics across manufacturing equipment
