Facilities Repair & Maintenance Analyst

Applies broad knowledge of Facilities Repair and Maintenance to independently drive the execution of tasks, processes, and projects, delivering solutions requiring a higher degree of autonomy. Responsible for the maintenance of buildings and grounds, overseeing equipment and supplies, scheduling repairs, renovation projects, waste reduction improvements, and safety inspections. May coach and provide guidance to team members to ensure complex tasks are completed to organizational standards.
